First topic message reminder :

Good Day! Due to public demand, HCG Username Day is back! Those members who didnt have the chance to change their usernames last september 4 will still be given a chance to change their usernames now. Anyways, HCG is proud to announce major forum updates. Ill put the changelog here on this topic so that everyone will know what the HCG Team worked on these past few days. Some things are removed, repaired, upgraded, updated or just retained in favor of some members. Please continue reading to know what's going on. ;)

I. Server Upgrade.
-We have upgraded our server to a more dedicated host. We have installed a bigger RAM (Random Access Memory) *Thanks to our contributors*. You should feel the difference now. HCG is more speedier than ever! :D

II. Navigation / Footer Bar.
-You might have noticed already the bar-like thing below your browsers here on our forum. To those who doesnt know how to use it, here's the explanation. We have made the footer bar for the sole purpose of easier navigation. The footer bar includes most of the important links here in the forum plus a jump-box than can take you to your favorite category / forum in just seconds. Navigating the forum was never this easy. ;)

III. The Chatbox.
-Our old chatbox is back and now it's more powerful.
*Chat anywhere on the forum with the help of just a click. - there are three switches : One on the footerbar icons, One on the top navigation, and One on the lower-right corner of your screen.
*Drag the chatbox anywhere you want it.
*Use the chatbox on a much larger space : Click the maximize button so that you can chat full-screen style for a more comfortable view.
*Integrated. -your usernames on the forum is automatically integrated on the chatbox but you can still change your name on the chatbox if you wish to. We give you your freedom but please abide our simple rules. ;)

IV. New Search Engine.
-The new search engine is a much more effective search engine than our last one, it's located on our navigation / footer bar. Try a search and youll see what im talking about. ;)

V. New Forums!
-We have added new forum categories on the forum. The additional forums include the other social networking sites : Facebook, Multiply, Plurk. We also added a "general help" category on the help section. And the "Love : Questions / Opinions / Advices" forum on our favorite boy's and girls corner.

VI. New Moderators!
-We are secretly hunting new moderators from our members and contributors. If you think you have what it takes to be one of us staff, you have to show how active you are on the forum (not to me). Do not pm me or other administrators, We will be the one to offer you the moderator positions.
